Movement and athletics have been a passion for Sara since she was a child- from dance and cheerleading to running track and competing in soccer at both the high school and collegiate levels. After studying art education at Buffalo State College, Sara‘s spirit of entrepreneurship led her to open an early childcare facility and education business, which she successfully owned and operated for 15 years. As a full-time mom and business owner, Sara‘s career continued to evolve when in 2010 Sara joined Golds Gym, now The Fitness Company, as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Sara‘s career aspirations came full circle when she launched The Art of Movement- Fitness Studio, in 2012. All are a culmination of Sara’s personal and professional experiences, coaching and teaching others through fitness and the creative arts.
Sara has committed to helping people of various levels of fitness be their best. With a focus on functional training for everyday activity, Sara incorporates an array of training essentials that focus on strength, flexibility, and balance; and our tailored to meet clients where they are in their own fitness journey. Sara’s coaching philosophy is to motivate others to lead a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness- mind, body, and spirit.
